Construction of the bypass of Czarnowąsy

The scope of works includes the construction of the bypass of Czarnowąsy from km 1 + 083.2 to km 5+ 200,00 located in the Opolskie Voivodeship. The route of the designed ring road begins with the road junction “North bypass of Opole within the national road no. 45”, and ends with the integration into the voivodeship road No. 454 between the towns of Czarnowąsy and Borki. The project will be implemented together with the full technical infrastructure necessary for the operation and operation of the analysed road route and its users, together with environmental protection devices and reconstruction of the existing armament of the area, which conflicts with the section of the designed bypass. The investment envisages: construction of a ring road outside the compact buildings of the above-mentioned town, making connections in the form of intersections for communication of roads crossing the bypass (pc.10) and intersections with secondary and access roads, construction of buildings inż. (road bridge, pc.4, road bridge, pc.1), road culverts within the bypass (pc.11), construction of bidirectional cycle paths, pavements, bus bays, bays for weighing and checking vehicles, dehydration, construction of power supply of road infrastructure – rainwater collapsing plant, installation of lighting, traffic safety devices, environmental reduction devices, including acoustic screens, countershoots. The planned investment is intended to remove transit traffic from the above-mentioned town, outside its buildings. Implementation of the task will significantly affect the smoothness of the movement, as well as improving its safety (asyles for pedestrians at crossings, cat meshes, integration boards), both circular and pedestrian communication.
