The purpose of the investment is to create a place for residents of the Zasole estate, including two sub-areas of revitalisation: Generational areas and KamieniecPilecki, which will influence their cultural and social activation, through the reconstruction and extension of the existing building at ul. Camp 16 in Oświęcim for the purpose of establishing the Cultural Centre for the Zasole estate together with the necessary technical infrastructure. The main tasks of the project will be activities undertaken in the modernisation of the building of the House of Culture, including earthworks, works related to the ground floor and floor, roof, window joinery, door and elevator construction and exterior cage, finishing of the rooms, construction of the facade and development of the green area around the building. In addition, the necessary work within the proper implementation of the project is the reconstruction of the premises of Przedsiębiorstwa Energetyki Cieplna Sp. z o.o. the cost of ineligible project. In addition, work will be carried out related to the implementation of ventilation and air conditioning systems, the connections of the water supply network, including reconstruction of the existing sanitary sewerage system and the water supply section and the construction of central heating. The project also provides for the execution of all necessary electrical installations, the reconstruction of the electricity grid including the cable line nN and the purchase of equipment. It is also necessary to redevelop the district heating network. The project envisages tasks related to the reconstruction of foreign appliances, i.e. district heating, sanitary sewerage, water supply section and electrical networks. The total cost related to the reconstruction of the abovementioned installation is 3,43 eligible costs of the project PLN 180.083.44. The full design characteristics can be found in Annex 16.
