Reducing the level of low emissions in the municipality of Muszyna by converting heat sources in individual households to heat sources using solid fuels

The subject of the project is the implementation of activities with the exchange of old boilers for ecogrown boilers fulfilling certain parameters together with the co-financing of works related to the need to prepare specific installations. The project will co-finance activities related to the dismantling of the old heat source, i.e. its decommissioning and simultaneously related to the purchase and assembly of a new heat source. It is also envisaged to finance small works related to the replacement and purchase of fittings, fittings, among others: radiators, chimney inserts. It should be stressed that the detailed scope necessary to carry out the work will result from the energy assessment of each building covered by the project. As part of the support provided in the project, it will also be possible to build an internal central heating and hot water installation. The catalogue of eligible expenditure also includes project doc. It is assumed that 102 boilers and installations will be replaced. The scope of the project will be implemented through the implementation of the following activities:1. Preparation of financial and economic analysis.2. Replacement of boilers of furnaces, heating appliances for solid fuels using solid fuels and adapting the installation to the needs of the new appliance3. Raising public awareness4. Management and promotion of the project flat-rate costsThe heat source parameters, i.e. solid fuel heating devices, will be determined on the basis of the energy assessment of the building. All expenses incurred in the project will represent the optimal quality-to-price ratio. The solutions used in the draft will comply with the minimum level of energy efficiency and emission standards applicable from the end of 2020, as set out in the implementing measures of Directive 2009125EC of 21.10.2009 laying down the general principles for setting ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.
