The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education and develop individualisation of teaching for 150 pupils in Primary School No. 2 and Elementary School No. 18 in Płock through the implementation of additional teaching activities developing key competences, therapy and professional improvement of 31 teachers, during the 23rd period of implementation of the project. The goal will be achieved, among others, through the implementation of additional activities: teaching-equals, developing, individual therapies, as well as through the implementation of various forms of improvement of teachers of the above-mentioned institutions and equipping them with the necessary equipment and teaching materials. The planned tasks will contribute to the achievement of the objectives and objectives of particular, by taking into account the individual development needs of pupils and result from the diagnosis of needs and problem situations carried out by SP 2 and SP 18 as approved by the leading authority. The project complies with national legislation, including the PHP Act and the principle of sustainable development. The planned number of hours for pupils and the deadlines for training for teachers have been adapted to their individual needs and opportunities and will ensure that the objectives and results of the project are met. The duration of the project does not exceed 24 m and is sufficient to achieve the objectives, indicators and remedial action in the event of difficulties. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities.
