Career trampoline elementary school – training of key competences necessary for the labour market and improving the quality of teaching at Primary School No. 1 and Primary School No. 17 in Płock

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in two primary schools in Płock for 387 pupils in the area of building and developing key competences necessary on the labour market and individualising the teaching process and raising the competences of 45 teachers, during the period of 13 months of the project. The support will be addressed to 387 students and 45 N from the Primary School No.1 of the Lake Brothers in Płock (SP1) and the No.17 Primary School of Tadeusz Kościuszko in Płock (SP17). The project assumes the implementation of additional teaching and equalisation classes, workshops, interest circles and innovative classes. The goal will also be achieved by teaching mathematic subjects.-natural. experimental methods, using ICT tools, introducing a process of individualisation of work with a student with special educational needs and equipping facilities with necessary teaching equipment and materials. The planned tasks will contribute to the achievement of the goal and the specific objectives. The tasks planned in the project take into account the individual development needs of pupils and result from the diagnosis of needs carried out by schools, approved by the prow authority. The project includes cooperation with parents in the process of supporting pupils with special educational needs. The schools selected for the project achieve comparable, lower than average results from external examinations and have similar needs in terms of planned support as well as low experience in the implementation of the project. IT’S THE EU. The project is compatible with RPO WM2014-2020,SZOOP, national legislation, including the PHP Act and the principle of equal development. The planned number of teaching hours for pupils and teacher training and training courses have been adapted to their individual development needs and will ensure that the project’s objectives and results are met. The duration of the project shall not exceed 24 m and is sufficient to achieve the objectives, indicators and remedial action in the event of difficulties.
