The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the educational offer of 3 primary schools from the area of Płock City through the implementation of additional forms supporting the comprehensive development of 648 students of classes I-VI over a period of 13 months. The following types of operations will be implemented within the project: a) Training of key competences necessary in the labour market and appropriate attitudes and skills (creativity, innovation and teamwork) b) creating the conditions for teaching based on the experimental method c) the use of information and communication technologies and the development of IT competences (d) individualisation of work with a pupil with special educational needs, including support for younger pupils. Each pupil, according to his needs, will be guaranteed additional forms of support supplementing knowledge, equalising educational gaps, developing talents, passions, interests, reducing development deficits. Complementing knowledge will allow for a smooth and seamless transition to the next stages of education for weaker students. Mathematical and natural subjects will be conducted in school laboratories, equipped in accordance with the catalogue prepared by the Ministry of National Education. The supported schools will receive tools for teaching science, teaching aids and specialised equipment to support the development and therapy of pupils with special educational needs. As part of the course, pupils will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed in the labour market. Teachers will enrich their workshops by participating in training courses. This will make it possible to systematise knowledge and refine working methods for specific needs of a specific target group. Such a comprehensive approach to the diagnosed problems of Płock schools will provide the possibility to support each pupil in the process of harmonious development.
