The aim of the project is to increase the chances of social and occupational activation of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion and preventing the phenomenon of exclusion of the population and poverty by including support under the active integration instruments of 120 people at risk of poverty and the population benefiting from the benefits of MOPS services in Płock.The implementation of the project will take into account the empowerment-participants’s need in the process of planning activities, which will allow for matching the support to be used to real efficiency. Unemployed persons qualified for the third aid profile will be supported under the Activation and Integration Programme – 33 % of the target group (40 persons). As part of the PAI, unemployed people will benefit from professional support, socially useful work and social-social-group workshops with psychologist and coach. Through the implementation of the project there will be an increase in the level of social inclusion in 120 participants, an increase in socio-employment efficiency in min.56 % of participants(68persons), including an increase in the level of employment efficiency in min.22 % of participants (27 persons). The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities K and M, non-discrimination of ON, with the principle of sustainable development and will use validated final products developed in innovative projects at PIW EQUAL and POKL.
