The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Ostrów. The project target group consists of a total of 245 people (142k/103m) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without work in the district of Ostrów for whom the aid profile has been defined, including: 1) 163 people (111k/52m) who will receive support in the project, including: — persons aged 50 years and over – 45 persons (31k/14m), – persons with disabilities – 15 persons (9k/6m), – long-term unemployed – 104 persons(71k/33m); 2) 82 persons (31k/51m) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (development/update of the IPD). On this basis, PUP will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. employment intermediation and career guidance (for all participants), followed by an internship, or one-off measures for taking up a business activity, or employment in an equipped position. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without work in the district of Ostrów. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode.
