The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Radom County and Radom. The target group of the project is 902 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Radom County and Radom for whom the I or II profile of the aid has been defined. In the target group of the project are: persons over 50 years of age, persons with disabilities and long-term unemployed. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
