The project envisages the extension of the existing provincial road No. 541 in the section from km 38 + 170 to km 38+ 662 and from km 39 + 268 to km 51+ 500, consisting of extending the road to a width of 7.00 m (two lanes per 3.50 m) with the extension and construction of the bicycle path and pavements. Bicycle paths are designed with a width of 2.50 m to 3.50 m depending on the terrain conditions and the way the path is guided (detached from the road or by the roadside). The width of the pavement ranges from 1.50 m (a pavement removed from the roadway) to 2.0 m (walk by the roadway). On the section of the passage through Lubowidz due to terrain constraints (near buildings), two-sided bicycle tracks were designed to ensure the continuity of the cycling route before and behind the village. The following engineering facilities are designed as part of this investment: — Bridge in the course of 541 on the river Wreck. Due to insufficient technical parameters and the required load capacity, a complete reconstruction of the existing bridge consisting of demolition and construction of a new facility was designed. — Pass over Dry Valley under DW541 and other culverts. The designed culverts will be made as a closed reinforced concrete frame; The project also provides for the construction of intersections, reconstruction of low and medium voltage lines, reconstruction of road lighting, dehydration of the road.
