THE MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO INCREASE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE FUNCTIONAL AREA OF PŁOCK BY INCREASING THE ACCESSIBILITY AND COMMUNICATION COHERENCE OF NORTHERN MAZOVIA. The scope covers 2 hindquarters: 1."Construction of the north-west route of Płock on the section from the "Boryszewo" junction in Otolińska Street to the "Bielska" junction – the provincial road, length 1.8 kmm; 2.Construction of the north-western route of Płock on the section from the “Bielska” junction to the “Długa” junction – the provincial road, length 2.3 km. The investment is a continuation of the realities. Project BC “Construction of a link between the Polish Army Roundabout and the junction of the north-western ring road "Bielska" together with the construction of the "Boryszewo" junction on the connection of the route with ul. Otolińska in the municipality of Płock – Stage I”. Scope of works: construction works., purchase of stationary, replacement dockwork, supervising, laboratory testing. and inf.-promotion activities. The realisation of the investment. combined with the second bridge crossing and access roads built in Płock, will create an essential skeleton of roads with a large culvert., take the traffic towards the largest resorts of the country. In combination with the planned refurbishment of the S10 road according to the NCP 2030 complements the TEN-T road network. The project fulfils the conditions of the UP for the roads of voivodships. — road infrastructure within the project meets the condition of direct inclusion in the national roads or TEN-T network, fills a gap in the road network between voivodeship centres. — Warsaw, cities which are not the capitals of the voivodships – Płock, according to the diagnosis, indicating the problem of accessibility of transport. Płock, performing important functions in the local labour market. Implementation of the project will contribute to improving cohesion and security in the Płock region. The project results from ZWM’s investment plan for the Płock subregion covered by problem OSI (RIT). The investment will be carried out on the area of Mazow voivodship, according to the selected, economist. the optimal variant of the project.
