The project “Implementation of the Integrated Electronic Public Services Platform of the Municipal Office in Węgrów” is another important stage of computerisation of the organizational units of the Applicant aimed at the development of ICT infrastructure for new application, system and hardware solutions, while ensuring the possibility of implementing new qualitative, more mature electronic public services, based on the process of modernisation and integration of “back-office” and “front-office” application systems, entering into the results of earlier electronic services. A key product of the Project addressing significantly identified problems, providing “interoperability” services and focusing on the Applicant’s future activities in the field of office IT, is modernised and expanded “Integrated Cities Management System” (ISISZM) ensuring an increase in the operational efficiency of the office, enabling the implementation of an innovative platform of integrated public services in the form of so-called. The taxpayer/payer portal, which will ensure the provision of personalised, mature public e-services 4 and 5 of categories. Overall, within the Project, the following will be delivered and run: —7 services at maturity level 5 (personalisation); —1 a general service at maturity level 4 (transaction); —at least 16 services at maturity level 3 (bilateral interaction), -multiple services at maturity level 1 (information) in the field of “management information” (compositions and map cartograms). The basis for authentication of the users of the public service system will be mechanisms based on qualified signature solutions, ePUAP services and the profile of trusted ePUAP. The investment also includes the purchase of IT hardware, the necessary software, promotional activities, training and adaptation of the server room building.
