“Comfort, faster, safer” improvement of the communication coherence of the Lubelskie voivodship through the construction and reconstruction of district roads improving the availability of transport to regional and subregional development centres

The project’s material scope includes the construction, extension and reconstruction of district roads providing: 1) the necessary direct connections to the existing and planned for the construction in the current financial perspective of the core and comprehensive TEN-T DK 12/17, DK 19 and DK2 in the voivodeship (Bialski, Krasnostawski, Lubewska, Zamojski, Chełmski, Puławski, Radzyński, Tomaszowski, Lubewska, Lubewska, Zamojski, Chełmski, Pulavian, Radzyński, Tomaszov, Voivodeships), including the TEN-T railway network (Cylosovsk’s ports, Lusatia) with the necessary direct interconnections, in order to ensure the necessary interconnection with the localities of the localities, including the TEN-T network (Rysatowskisk, Łbowowskisk, Łbowowski, etc.) The project covers the implementation of 24 road infrastructure projects in the area of 20 counties of the Lublin Voivodeship. A total of 204.93 km of roads will be rebuilt and built. The tasks to be carried out are created by a modern local transport system by combining secondary and tertiary nodes with TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes. The project is a continuation of the concept of redevelopment of district roads, which are alternative routes for higher category roads. The project comprises internally and complementary tasks that have already been carried out on road investments, which consist of the construction and reconstruction of entire traffic lines, including functionally constituting or linked to the operation of transhipment terminals, logistics centres, the construction of city bypasses, with investments at border crossings, on existing investment areas.
