Extension of the Voivodeship Road No. 829 Łucka – Łęczna – Biskupice in the section from km 22 + 073 to km 40+ 245 excluding the section from km 23 + 886 to km 24+ 178 (bridge on a row. Hog) oh. 17.880 km

The subject of the project is the extension of the section of Voivodeship Road No. 829 with a length of 17.830 km. The implementation of the investment takes place within the changed limits of the road lane throughout its entire length. The project aims to increase the transport accessibility of the region and the entire Lublin Metropolitan Area. Road capacity will increase and a more efficient transport system will facilitate access to investment areas and tourist attractions. The project will contribute to better exploiting the inner development potential of the district, improve communication links, which will accelerate the pace of socio-economic development. In addition to the above, good quality of the road is also an incentive to increase the mobility of residents. The investment will therefore have a positive impact on all user groups using the road: participants in transit traffic, local residents, students, present and potential investors and tourists. Planned output indicators: — Total length of reconstructed and modernised roads (CI14) – 17.830 km – Length of reconstructed voivodship roads – 17.830 km – Number of built/modernised environmental protection devices – 40 pieces. — Number of built/modernised road safety devices – 153 pieces. — Length of built roads for bicycles – 15,700 km The scope of the investment includes: * in the roadwork industry: preparatory works, earthworks, substructures, surfaces, finishing works, traffic safety equipment, road elements, in the bridge industry – demolition of existing and construction of a new bridge and overpass, construction of road lighting, * in the water supply industry – construction and reconstruction and security of the water supply network and connections, * in the power industry – reconstruction of the electricity grid, * in the gas industry – reconstruction and security of the existing network, * in the electricity industry.
