The main objective of this project is to improve the energy efficiency of the SOSW building in Załucz and to increase the use of RES in public buildings of the Lublin district. The subject of the project is comprehensive energy modernisation of the SOSW building in Załucz, including: modernisation of the central heating system with installation of the boiler management system, warming of the roof and walls on the ground, modernisation of lighting, replacement of external doors and windows, installation on the roof of solar system with a power of 0.0133 MW including modernisation of central heating systems, installation of heat meters and installation of sub-valves and thermostats. The project also includes the following services: development of feasibility studies, promotion, investor supervision and project management costs. The project will reduce heat consumption by 333.46 GJ/year and electricity by 14.13 MWh/year, reduce primary energy consumption by 144286.84 kWh/year and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 43.01 tCO2/year. In addition, the project will result in an additional capacity of 0.01 MW to generate heat from renewable sources. The production of thermal energy from RES will be 10.98 MWh/year. With the implementation of the project, the energy efficiency of the facility will increase by 43.81 %. The main recipients of the project are users of the SOSW building in Załucz, i.e. school students, teachers and other employees.
