The main objective of the project is to facilitate the return to fitness, enabling them to take up work or prolong their professional activity through rehabilitation, in at least 190 people, which accounts for 10 % of patients of the Łódź Voivodeship – including Belchatowski, Łódź, Łódź, Piotrków Tryb. and Skierniewice districts of Łódź, Łódź Voivodeship, Piotrków Tryb. and Skierniewice in the age of professional activity who are in the course of treatment or after radical oncological treatment. a) activities aimed primarily at preventing the formation and reduction of functional defects associated with surgery, radiotherapy or cytostatic therapy (including rehabilitation of medical advice; individual rehabilitation plan(from 10 to 30 treatment days);b) health education conducted individually by physiotherapists during physiotherapist services;c) dietary consultation (mean 2/person);d)individual consultation with a psychologist(and possibly with a sexologist) (mean 5/person) and individual psychotherapy or group psychotherapy; in addition, the project will include educational support for doctors providing services in the field of rehabilitation and physiotherapists and psychologists.Each patient will be treated individually regardless of gender, religion, disability or belief.The hospital has an architectural and information infrastructure adapted to the needs of people with different disabilities.01.09 The project is always carried out in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, the principle of sustainable development, the principle of women’s development and the principle of gender equality.
