The main purpose of the project is to revitalise the area of approx. 32,5 hectares bounded by streets: West, Podrzeczna, Stary Rynek, Wolborska, Franciszkańska, North, Eastern, Revolution 1905, Próchnik along with the pavements on the other side of the above-mentioned streets. Revitalisation includes buildings, Old Town Park, Freedom Square, Old Market Square.
