EXPANSION OF THE RECREATIONAL AND TRAINING CENTRE, INCLUDING RECONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF THE CATERING, TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATIVE AND SOCIAL BUILDING, AS WELL AS THE CONSTRUCTION OF NINETEEN ACCOMMODATION BUILDINGS TOGETHER WITH THE NECESSARY TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

The aim of the project is to build tourist infrastructure enabling the provision of comprehensive, innovative tourist services in the Łódź Voivodeship, the commune of Inowłódz and the Tomaszowski county. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the applicant will create a competitive tourist offer with many elements demonstrating its uniqueness and innovation in the trans- voivodship scale. The project envisages carrying out 6 tasks, which constitute a logical, functional and economically justified sequence of events, resulting in the possibility of achieving project indicators and measurable economic benefits. The tasks shall include: Demolition robots, construction works, Installation robots, Land use, Purchase of equipment and equipment, Promotion of the project and tourist offer, Project management. In fact, the project fits in with the objectives of the action, thereby implementing the region’s policy on the development of tourism and recreational infrastructure, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the Łódź Voivodeship in this area. The services offered will mainly target the following target groups: residents of the commune of Inowłodz Poviat Tomaszowski, as well as the entire Łódź Voivodeship, residents of larger cities from Poland and abroad, families with children, people over the age of 30, active people who value healthy lifestyles, creative people with artistic souls, school groups, successful people, businessmen and entrepreneurs. As a result of the project, the applicant assumes an increase in tourist traffic by more than 5000 people. Planned results of the project – an increase in employment in supported enterprises- ECP 6. The project uses a universal design concept in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for men and women within the framework of the EU funds 2014-2020 of 08.05.2015. 01.04.2018-28.02.2023
