The main objective of the project is to improve access to socio-occupational activation services and to care services by adapting infrastructure to changing demographic conditions. The specific objectives of the project are: investment in social infrastructure for the provision of social services in the field of assisted (protected) housing related to the provision of services in the field of socio-occupational activation and active inclusion and providing care services.(description of SW str. 58-63) Expansion of the building of the Rehabilitation Team for Children and Youth with Disabled Disabled Youth PROMYK – SP ZOZ in Zielona Góra by 1728.0 m², including facilities for children’s and rehabilitation rooms, — for the purpose of socio-occupational activation and therapeutic and support activities: — extension of the building with protected dwellings – 3 residential units of 3 persons (two-room) with kitchenette: 9 beds, – reconstruction and extension of the building – rehabilitation part – 508 m² – in order to provide care services: — extension of the building by 6 residential units, 2 people (two-rooms): Sleeps 12, 1 apartment complex 3 persons (one-room): Sleeps 3, 1 apartment complex of 1 persons (one-room): 1 sleeping place. The extension of the building, together with facilities for rehabilitation rooms and rooms, will allow for full-time care of up to 25 people per year. It will also provide coordinated services and support for carers – i.e. the delivery of services that are elements of environmental care. The implementation of the project will help to alleviate the development barrier of the IMF – widening the causes of social exclusion and improve social cohesion of the IMO ZG.
