The main objective of the project (at the result level) is to improve access to health services of residents of Wojevo. It’s a Lubuski. The activities covered by the project are aimed at improving the quality of services provided and combating social exclusion. The main goal will be achieved through the achievement of the direct objective, i.e. shortening the waiting time of inhabitants of Wojów. Lubuski, including Zielona Góra Towns for long-term and geriatric services. The development of the Centre with a new pavilion tailored to the needs of people with disabilities as well as equipping the facility with highly specialised equipment will be used to achieve the immediate goal (at product level). As a result of the project, 20 beds will be created, thanks to which it will have a very large impact on both shortening the waiting time for services op. geriatric and long-term, as well as reducing the number of people waiting. The project implements the idea of deinstitutionalisation by entrusting them to the local actors involved (non-profit), whose statutory aim is to ensure the care of sick people and to introduce a number of awareness-raising and preventive measures in the environment of action, the expected effect of which is to prevent people from being placed in institutionalised forms of assistance. The material scope includes the extension of the centre with a new pavilion connected by a link at ground level and 1 floors with an existing building. On the ground floor there will be 10 rooms with bathrooms, as well as a bath room and common room. The floor of the building will be designed for a multifunctional common room, as well as a social room and toilets. The building will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation. For the purpose of the operation, the kitchen facilities and dishwasher will be modernised. Rooms for patients are planned to be equipped with multifunctional beds (electric), booms with hand handles, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, televisions and paging system.
