The project implemented by the Karol Marcinkowski University Hospital in Zielona Góra increases the availability of medical rehabilitation in the period from VII 2019 to XII 2020 to persons aged in working life. The city of Zielona Góra and the Zielona Góra region, burdened with musculoskeletal and/or peripheral nervous system disorders as a result of the way work is performed, and thus vulnerable to leaving the labour market due to health factors (workers) or to deepening occupational exclusion (unemployment people). The project includes the dissemination of knowledge about the health problems of Lubuszan and the possibilities of counteracting them and provides direct rehabilitation services for at least 300 people – including at least 162 women (min. 54 % GD) and at least 90 people over 50 years of age (min. 30 % GD) – as part of an individual improvement programme (medical and rehabilitation consultations, improvement treatments, psychological support, medical and occupational counselling), which allows to restore full or maximum potential for employment.
