The project “Lubuski e-Office II” is a continuation of the project called “Lubuski e-Office II”. Lubuski e-Office. At the administrative level of the Leader (Lubuskie Voivodeship) its impact will cover the entire voivodship, and at the level of local self-government of gminas and powiats, it will include Project Partners: 3 counties and 16 communes. The main objective of the project is to: Improving access to public e-services for residents and entrepreneurs of Lubuskie Voivodship (detailed description of objectives – SW, chapter). II.1.2.). The project consists of providing a digital platform enabling e-services to be provided for stakeholders and is consistent with the objective of action 2.1: increase the use of ICT systems in public administration. The target groups will be: residents, entrepreneurs and public administration institutions. Output and result indicators will be: •Number of ICT systems launched in entities performing public tasks – indicator included in the performance framework – 19 pieces, •Number of public services made available on-line of maturity of at least 4 – transaction – 6 pieces, •Number of entities that have made available online public sector information – 19 items, •Number of downloads/restorations of documents containing public sector information – 15946 items, •Increase of employment in supported entities (other than 0 enterprises). The total investment outlays were estimated at PLN 9 140 711.20 gross, and the value of the co-financing is: 7 769 604.04 PLN gross. Project tasks: 1.Development of application and design documentation, 2.Preparation and conduct of proceedings at the General Contractor and Contract Engineer, 3.Delivery, assembly and commissioning of ICT equipment for Leader, Partners and CPD, 4.Delivery, implementation and integration of “Front Line” and “Back Office” software for Leader and Partners, 5.Training, 6.Contract Engineer, 7.
