In order to achieve the expected effect of “Implementing innovative e-services with a high level of maturity in Zielona Góra City Office” it is necessary to fulfil the following tasks: 1.Project preparation -development of feasibility study and preparation of tender documentation. 2.Server-infrastructure: The following works will be carried out: —preparing the appropriate logical and electrical installation; —small adaptation work; —purchase of a telecommunication cabinet; —installation of precision air conditioning. 3.Local network of the City Council Modernisation of the local network will include: —installation of 12 Switch devices, -replacement of power verticals. 4.Equipment server room Purchasing in particular the following server infrastructure: —black: Server housing (1 pieces), -blade: Switch FB (2 pcs), -blade: Switch Ethernet (2 pcs), -blade: Server(4 pcs), -disks 600 GB SAS 2.5" 10k to Mother DX200 (24 pcs.), -additional memory 16 GB R ECC DDR3 1600 MHz (48 pcs), -Disk company (4 pcs.). 5.Backup Purchase of the data buckup server necessary to run the central storage system. 6.Safe power supply A secure power system will be created: — preparation of design documentation for the installation of a generator; —preparation of a generator installation; —preparing the installation of new UPS emergency power supplies. 7.Workstations Purchase of 48 workstations and purchase of 3 large-format plotters. 8.System software acquiring system software and software to manage server environments for purchased servers (4 pieces each) and access licenses.
