New IT era in Nowa Salt package info-services for residents

The main problem that will solve this project is limited online access to registers and services offered by the Municipality of Nowa Sól – City for citizens and businesses. The subject of the project is the expansion of the Spatial Information System and the creation of the Tax Portal for the Municipality Nowa Sól – Miasto together with the digitisation of resources, the purchase of necessary software and hardware, and the launch of an extensive e-service platform for residents, enterprises and other entities and institutions. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of public e-services offered by the City of New Salt for citizens and the business sector. The specific objectives shall include: 1. Increasing the number of e-services offered to all interested parties, 2. Improving the quality of customer service by reducing the time of handling, 3. Improving the quality of information and communication infrastructure through the development of the Spatial Information System and the creation of a Tax Platform, 4. Unification of the electronic database on the infrastructure and area of the City of Nowa Sól available to the Beneficiary staff and customers. The project is prepared for implementation, the beneficiary has the institutional capacity to implement the project, in terms of financial and legal capacity, and demonstrates the ability to maintain the project’s objectives during the project’s sustainability. The scope of the project includes: 1. Feasibility Study 2. Spatial applications with the expansion of the existing system and the digitisation of resources 3. Web application – tax portal 4.
