The main objective of the project is to launch e-services and to develop ICT infrastructure for the purpose of providing health care services to patients by health care units for which the Lubuskie Voivodeship Local Government is an entity that creates or holds 100 % of shares, and to use ICT techniques more effectively in these entities. The defined main objective and the specific objectives respond to the problems identified as a result of the analysis of problems. Specific objectives closely linked to the main objective include: • the development of electronic services for patients in the field of eHealth, • improving the quality and efficiency of health protection in the region, • improving accessibility to public health services for residents of the voivodship, • streamlining the process of collecting data and information, • accelerating access to data and information, • gaining new skills by professionals in the healthcare sector, • supporting medical and management decisions, • creating health policy in the region, • improving the quality of ownership supervision. The implementation of the project shall include the following tasks: 1. Preparation of documentation for the project “Lubuskie e-Health”. 2. Task I – Implementation of new or upgrading existing HIS and ERP systems in health care units. 3. Task II – Implementation and commissioning of the medical platform, patient information platform and e-services. 4. Task III – Implementation of a system of management and reporting of health care units for the needs of medicinal entities and the Voivodeship Local Government. 5.
