The axis of the project is the armament of the southern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. It is the second stage of armament of investment areas in the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. In the first stage (project Bn. “Increasing the investment attractiveness of the city of Nowa Sól through the construction of infrastructure necessary for the operation of the southern zone of economic activity”, carried out within the framework of the Lubuskie Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013), the first section of the Z-class road (including sewage and water supply network) aimed at the south of the Lubuskie Voivodeship was completed and thus made available for investors the northern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone in Nowa Sól. Implementation of the proposed project consists of extending the road in question (including water and sewage networks) to the south and thus make the southern part of the Southern Economic Activity Zone available for investors in Nowa Sól with a total area of 32.3011 ha. It is already possible for them to connect to electricity, gas and ICT networks. However, there is no proper access (the extension requires a hive).
