Scopul proiectului este de a promova îmbunătățirea eficienței energetice în clădirea Universității din Letonia, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1), economiile planificate de energie termică după implementarea proiectului nu sunt mai mici de 294,63 MWh/an (40,27 %/an); 2) Consumul planificat de căldură pentru încălzire după implementarea proiectului nu va depăși 51,18 kWh/m² pe an;3) reducerea planificată a emisiilor de CO2 87 024 kg/an; Costuri eligibile totale ale proiectului 955 704,38 EUR inclusiv sprijin din partea Fondului European de Dezvoltare Regională 85 % sau 812 348,72 EUR și finanțare de la bugetul de stat 15 % sau 143 355,66 EUR.
