Scopul proiectului este de a asigura dezvoltarea dialogului social sectorial bilateral în dezvoltarea unei mai bune reglementări pentru a facilita îmbunătățirea mediului de afaceri în cele cinci sectoare prioritare – industria lemnului, industria chimică și interfețele sale, construcții, transport și logistică, telecomunicații și comunicații. Grupul țintă al proiectului este reprezentat de organizațiile care asigură reprezentarea intereselor angajatorilor și angajaților în consolidarea dialogului social sectorial și a angajaților din sector. În timpul punerii în aplicare a proiectului, se vor încheia cinci acorduri generale în sectoarele prioritare de mai sus sau în alte sectoare, ceea ce reprezintă, de asemenea, un indicator al rezultatului proiectului. Perioada de implementare a proiectului este de la data semnării contractului privind implementarea proiectului până la 31 decembrie 2021. Finanțarea totală eligibilă disponibilă pentru încheierea contractului este de 750 000,00 EUR, inclusiv finanțarea din Fondul social european – 637 500,00 EUR și finanțarea de la bugetul de stat – 112 500 EUR.
