Following the declaration of the situation as an international pandemic of the situation caused by COVID-19 by the World Organization_x000D_ of Health on March 11, 2020 and its rapid progress, as well as the appearance of new outbreaks and new variants of the_x000D_ itself, the Consellería de Sanidad Universal y Salud Pública has been intervening through emergency procedures to respond to_x000D_ the preventive and assistance needs for the disease that have been occurring in recent months._x000D_ It must be taken into consideration that the attention to the pandemic led by the CSUySP, encompasses a wide typology of actions,_x000D_ from the execution of works, acquisition of supplies to those carried out for the maintenance of the basic conditions of the_x000D_ public health system of the inhabitants of the Valencian Community, attending,._x000D_ It should be noted that these actions, although they mainly affect health centers, agencies and institutions dependent on the CSUySP, have also been targeted by other dependents of the Generalitat Valenciana, such as the socio-sanitary residences. that this Operation encompasses have focused on specific areas of intervention in accordance with the provisions of art. 25 bis section 7 of Regulation 2020/558 that modifies Regulations 1301/2013 and 1302/2013.
