The aim of the project is to build the capacity of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (hereinafter – MoEP) to coordinate the policy of the horizontal principle “Sustainable Development” (hereinafter – HP IA) within the operational programme “Growth and Employment” (hereinafter – DP) and to ensure effective and efficient investment of European Union funds in the Latvian economy.In order to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of HP IA IA, the VARAM should ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA principle, compilation and analysis of HP IA IA indicators, identification of the problems in the implementation of the HP IA IA and the risk management in the terms of the HP IA/AMP implementation measures to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA IA principle, to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA principle, the compilation and analysis of the HP IA IA indicators, the identification of the problems in the implementation of the HP IA and the risks in order to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA IA, to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA principle, to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the HP IA principle, the compilation and analysis of HP IA indicators, the identification of the problems in the implementation of the DP in the HP IA sector and the risk management of the HP IA SMP implementation rules and the changes to the SAM application for the SMP. A fim de garantir a consecução do objetivo, é necessário aumentar a capacidade do MoEPRD enquanto organismo responsável pela coordenação da avaliação de impacto da HP. A preparação do reforço das capacidades é necessária para a elaboração do relatório de execução da PD (2019) e do relatório final (2023), para a análise das avaliações de impacto finais da MAE/PASM, bem como para a elaboração das regras de execução da MAE/PASM, dos critérios de aplicação dos projetos e da metodologia de aplicação dos critérios, da análise e da elaboração das propostas. Em conformidade com o n.o da contribuição do Conselho de Ministros para a execução do fundo prioritário de 28 de maio de 2019, o custo total do projeto é estimado em 310200,00 EUR, incluindo o financiamento do Fundo Social Europeu – 263670,00 EUR, o financiamento do orçamento do Estado – 46530,00 EUR.
