Projekti eesmärk on edendada energiatõhususe parandamist Läti ülikooli hoones, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riia.1) kavandatud soojusenergia sääst pärast projekti rakendamist on vähemalt 294,63 MWh aastas (40,27 % aastas); 2) planeeritud soojustarbimine kütmiseks pärast projekti rakendamist ei ületa 51,18 kWh/m² aastas; 3) süsinikdioksiidi heitkoguste kavandatud vähendamine 87 024 kg aastas; Projekti abikõlblikud kulud kokku 955 704,38 eurot, sh Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondi toetus 85 % ehk 812 348,72 eurot ja riigieelarvest rahastamine 15 % ehk 143 355,66 eurot. Vastavalt energiaauditile ja hoone tehnoülevaatusele on kavas rakendada järgmisi energiatõhususe parandamise meetmeid aadressil building:1.Based:-fassaadi isoleerimine maja lähenemisel; – Lukkude täidiste asendamine;- tellistest paleede isoleerimine; –Akende isoleerimine väljastpoolt piki perimeetrit, sealhulgas aknalaua all (kui see on füüsiliselt võimalik);-Veco keldriakna asendamine PVC-aknadega, millel on valikuline klaaspakett.
