Projekti eesmärk on edendada energiatõhususe parandamist Läti Ülikooli hoones, Bullu tn 5, Riia.1) kavandatud soojusenergia sääst pärast projekti rakendamist on vähemalt 286,236 MWh aastas (41,04 % aastas); 2) planeeritud soojustarbimine kütmiseks pärast projekti elluviimist ei ületa 27,0 kWh/m² aastas (tegeliku energiavajadusega sisetemperatuuril on ka märkimisväärne soojusvoog sooja veesüsteemist).3) Kavandatud CO2-heite vähendamine vähemalt 84 806 kg aastas.Projekt abikõlblikud kulud kokku 1 033 694,18 eurot, sh Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondi toetus 85 % või 878 640,05 eurot ning riigieelarve rahastamine 15 % või 155 054,13 eurot.
