El objetivo general del proyecto es promover el empleo sostenible y de calidad y apoyar la movilidad laboral de 372 ninis a través de la formación profesional, incluyendo el reconocimiento y certificación de los resultados de aprendizaje adquiridos en contextos no formales e informales y la creación de nuevas empresas. El efecto positivo generado a largo plazo por este proyecto consiste en motivar a los ninis a integrarse en la sociedad, a crear un sistema de valores a seguir y respetar, a mejorar las capacidades sociales, a estimular la confianza en sí mismos y a la necesidad de unirse a un grupo social y profesional, a enseñar estos principios derivados de la vida independiente, la autonomía, la autoseguridad, el autocontrol y el último. Por lo tanto, el proyecto propone un enfoque integrado vinculando herramientas y medidas personalizadas para el grupo destinatario, como la información, la formación profesional, el apoyo al espíritu empresarial entre los ninis y el asesoramiento profesional para la participación activa en el mercado laboral a largo plazo. La crisis económica causada por la pandemia de COVID-19 ha generado altas tasas de desempleo entre los jóvenes y, por lo tanto, ha dado lugar a una falta de participación de los jóvenes. The general objective of the project aims to reduce unemployment among NEETs from the Center region by identifying viable solutions, which have as primary goal the effective classification of 163 people in the field of work but also the establishment and development of 8 independent activities.
