Formålet med projektet er at fremme forbedring af energieffektiviteten i bygningen af Letlands universitet, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1) de planlagte termiske energibesparelser efter projektets gennemførelse er ikke mindre end 294,63 MWh/år (40,27 %/år); 2) det planlagte varmeforbrug til opvarmning efter projektets gennemførelse vil ikke overstige 51,18 kWh/m² pr. år3) planlagt reduktion af CO2-emissioner 87 024 kg/år; Projekt samlede støtteberettigede omkostninger 955 704,38 EUR, inkl. støtte fra Den Europæiske Fond for Regionaludvikling 85 % eller 821 348,72 EUR og statsbudgetmidler 15 % eller 1 433 355,66 EUR.I overensstemmelse med energisyn og teknisk eftersyn af bygningen er det planlagt at gennemføre følgende foranstaltninger til forbedring af energieffektiviteten i building:1.Based konstruktioner:-Insulation af facaden ved hjælp af husets tilgang; — Udskiftning af interlock fyldninger;- Isolering af mursten paladser; —Isolering af vinduerne udefra langs omkredsen, herunder under vindueskarmene (hvor det er fysisk muligt);-Veco kældervinduer udskiftning med PVC-vinduer med en glaspakke med selektiv.
