Общата цел на проекта е да се увеличи броят на напредналите учебни програми в областта на НТИМ, включително медицинските и творческите индустрии. Конкретната цел на проекта е да се увеличи броят на модернизираните програми за обучение на RTU STEM чрез подобряване и развитие на инфраструктурата на RTU. Стратегията за развитие на инфраструктурата на RTU е съсредоточена върху развитието на териториално концентрирана инфраструктура за проучване и научна работа и укрепване на стратегическата специализация. С помощта на този проект RTU ще продължи да инвестира в области, в които все още не са постигнати целите на реформата или преструктурирането, и тази подкрепа ще бъде логично продължение на вече направени или осъществявани инвестиции и ще се основава на 2008 г.
