The project aims to improve the quality of medical services provided to the public through the use of modern information technologies. This will be achieved by creating a technical, IT infrastructure and environment that will allow the introduction of specialised e-services in health care, which will improve the effectiveness of medical care, ensure easier and faster access to medical services, while reducing the unit’s operating costs and, in a global context, will have a positive impact on epidemiological and organisational indicators in the health system. The project, through the development of IT infrastructure and software, will increase the use of ICT in the region and increase the quality of these technologies. The result will be to increase the use of ICT in everyday life, increase citizens’ participation in public life, and consequently improve the quality of life of citizens in the region and improve the quality of medical services provided in the region by improving the availability of information and public resources. EHealth e-services are aimed at improving patient-to-kind communication/medicinal entities. The implementation of this project will contribute to strengthening social potential and increasing the digital skills of society by implementing innovative IT solutions and creating new opportunities for their operation. They will be addressed to health care units and individuals, such as economic operators. It will be easier for users who save the time needed so far for personal registration or personal reception of laboratory results, discharges from the hospital. The implementation of the project will enable the creation, operation and storage of EMD.
