The aim of the project is to increase the number of scientific units and research teams carrying out high-quality research and development, carried out on the basis of the research programme, i.e. International Research Agendas (MAB). In the implementation of R & D projects led by eminent scientists from Poland and abroad, who will be selected to work in MAB units within international competitions, students and PhD students and young doctoral students (regardless of nationality) will be involved, which will contribute to internationalisation and increase the competitiveness of research works carried out in Poland. The project will be supported by specialised and autonomous scientific units implementing the MAB research programme in strategic cooperation with renowned research centres from other countries. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation in Poland of leading scientific units on a global scale applying the best global practices in the field of identifying research programmes and topics, personnel policy and management of R & D works or commercialisation of R & D results. This will help to equal opportunities of these entities with foreign centres, which conduct research in similar areas of science and contribute to gaining competitive advantage.
