E-health for Mazovia 2

The objectives of the Project include: implementation of on-line services focused on patients and project partners, adaptation of IT systems in medical units to the operation of EDM, improvement of data security, implementation of modern ICT technologies for medical personnel using IT technologies in everyday work, monitoring by the Regional Government of subordinate medical units of health care and other data relevant to the maintenance of the existing medical infrastructure and the level of medical services provided. The project will be implemented in partnership with 21 medical units for which the Local Government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship is an entity creating or owning. The main tasks are: construction of the Mazowieckie Patient Service Centre with e-services, development of the regional EDM repository, construction of long-term archives, implementation of systems for supervision of medical equipment, property management, for reporting adverse events, EZD, development of CASE for creating statistical studies, conducting EDM in accordance with HL7 CDA, construction of Data Center. As stages of the project, it is envisaged to define and describe the requirements for the solutions planned for implementation, delivery, installation and configuration of IT infrastructure, development, implementation and commissioning of IT systems and e-services, acceptance of implemented solutions. The tasks will be carried out by employees of the UMWM, Partners, contractors selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. The target group will be Partners, UMWM Departments and patients. The project meets the criteria: compliance with 26 Policy paper for health, alignment with national standards, including compliance of e-services with WCAG 2.1, security of implemented systems, business continuity and data processing in accordance with applicable regulations, scalability of design, complementarity and interoperability with P1.
