The action “Programme”Economic and Self-Effective“(Saving by House II)”, which will be implemented, aims to improve the energy efficiency of Greece’s homes by contributing to the primary savings to achieve the relevant national target, in accordance with the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. Furthermore, the planning of the Action ensures its social character by setting specific criteria relating, inter alia, to the income situation of the owners.
