Data management of the Government Office of the Slovak Republic

The basic aim of the project is to establish systematic Data Management within the institution Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic and to support the principles of openness, data sharing and protection of personal data. Project implementation will create prerequisites for transforming the functioning of the institution based on data, changing its business processes, modifying its information environment and integration with the Central Information Platform. The aim of the project is to ensure all necessary changes within the Government Office of the Slovak Republic, which will provide support for the whole Data Life Cycle Management, increase the quality of the data by classifying and categorising the data. By adapting the information systems and their architecture, they will ensure the necessary integration and referencing so as to provide support for the once-only principle. The new functionalities will ensure the publication of reference data on published contracts with the State, projects financed from public funds, tasks from the Government Resolutions of the Slovak Republic and their performance. At the same time, they will provide personalised personal data to authorised persons for the My Data service (My Contracts with the State). In addition to the portal, publicly available services will be provided in an automated way through OpenAPI as open data, and will be available in various perspectives via data.gov.sk, allowing analytical data processing in the public administration as well as for other entities. Main benefits and improvements projektu:zníženie administrative burden when publishing and updating contractsthe possibility of logging in the CRZ and CRP automatically directly when stored in agenda systems (available interfaces)referencing will allow automated updating of statuses, changes, metadata for changes in source IS acceleration and easier search within central repositories, extension of metadata to registersexpanding metadata to OE so in order to cover the whole process of contracting in accordance with the international methodology of the OCDS – i.e. from planning, through the implementation of contracting, the contract itself, changes and additions, information about the entities of the contract, the profile of the entity, the performance and, where appropriate, inspections, the data will be enriched with the available data from the register objects (subject, financial data, dates, activities, location, etc.) as well as from the whole process of contracting and performance of the contract (budgeting, procurement, invoicing, checks, etc.). The user will thus get a comprehensive overview of the process with relevant links and anchored in time.
