The basic aim of the project is to establish systematic Data Management within the institution Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic and to support the principles of openness, data sharing and protection of personal data. Project implementation will create prerequisites for transforming the functioning of the institution based on data, changing its business processes, modifying its information environment and integration with the Central Information Platform. The aim of the project is to ensure all necessary changes within the Government Office of the Slovak Republic, which will provide support for the whole Data Life Cycle Management, increase the quality of the data by classifying and categorising the data. By adapting the information systems and their architecture, they will ensure the necessary integration and referencing so as to provide support for the once-only principle. The new functionalities will ensure the publication of reference data on published contracts with the State, projects financed from public funds, tasks from the Government Resolutions of the Slovak Republic and their performance. At the same time, they will provide personalised personal data to authorised persons for the My Data service (My Contracts with the State). The user will thus get a comprehensive overview of the process with relevant links and anchored in time.
