General objective of the project: The project proposed for funding through the POC aims to increase the operational capacity of CERT-RO in order to ensure national capabilities to prevent, identify, analyse and respond to cybersecurity incidents. The implementation of RO-SAT aims to increase the level of security of the national cyberspace (public institutions, private companies, individual users) as well as to increase CERT-RO’s ability to respond to cybersecurity incidents. Improving the security state by knowing, preventing and countering vulnerabilities, risks and threats to cyber security of organisations in Romania is stipulated as an objective of the National Cyber Security Strategy.
