The project concerns the implementation of Action “Outdoor Saving” A’ & B' Cycle as well as ECONOMOMO – AUTONOMO C cycle, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of dwellings that have proven low energy efficiency and belong to owners with low incomes who cannot fully finance the energy upgrade of their housing with their own funds.In the context of the Action, the grant will be paid directly to the beneficiary, the grant being paid directly. The eligible interventions concern, inter alia, thermal insulation, replacement of frames, shading systems, upgrading of heating systems, etc.The subsidised costs of interventions also include the coverage of the cost of energy inspections, technical consultant for work and any studies for the proper implementation of interventions. In order to achieve the energy upgrade of housing, a specific energy target is set, which is ensured by conducting energy inspections of housing by an Energy Inspector before and after the implementation of the interventions. In this way, the project contributes to the country’s energy savings and to the cost savings borne by the family budget. At the same time, the planning of the Action ensures its social character by setting specific criteria concerning, inter alia, the income situation of the owners.
