Rehabilitation, modernisation and extension of Tulcea Emergency County Hospital

The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of health, community and main level services, especially for poor and isolated areas, and to increase access to primary care services for the poor and those in low-access areas. The purpose of this objective is to achieve the goals expressed by the National Public Health Strategy, by rehabilitating, modernising and expanding the Tulcea County Emergency Hospital building, by building a new building body in the north-west part of the hospital that will accommodate a new Bloc operator provided with 6 operating rooms, designed and equipped to the highest standards and demanding, joined by ATI Departments, Birth Block, Sterilisation, Day Inpatient, Functional Exploration, Hemodialysis Department, RMFB Department, Prosectura and Household, as well as confoming it to ISU taxation, by proposing a new access/evacuation staircase in the southern part of the building.
