Digital transformation for good and close care in Southern Lapland wants to build up a structure and a system for introducing digital tools within Region Västerbotten and the eight participating municipalities. The goal of the project is to develop and implement a structured service model where municipalities and Region Västerbotten provide digital services and processes for good, safe and close care. Expected effects include that municipal residents have access to care providers via remote technology and increased collaboration on the implementation of digital processes within municipalities and the region.
