The subject of the project is the implementation, as set out in the resolution adopted by the Management Board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship No. 1285/100/15 of the Investment Strategy for Financial Instruments in the ROP 2014-2020 provided for enterprises within the Priority Axis 1 “Commerisation of Knowledge” and Priority Axis 2 “Entrepreneurship” of the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, i.e.: 1. Priority axis 1 “Commercialisation of knowledge”: a) Capital input (b) Innovation loan 2. Priority Axis 2 “Entrepreneurships” a) Guarantee b) Micro-loan (c) Development Loan (d) Investment Loan e) Profiled Loan Financial instruments shall be implemented using the fund structure referred to in Article 2. 27 Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013, which will be established within the applicant’s structure and will be managed by him as a fund manager. The Fund’s provision of support funds to undertakings in the form of financial instruments shall be made available through financial intermediaries selected by the fund manager in accordance with national and Union law, through open, transparent and non-discriminatory procedures based on objective selection criteria, including the criteria set out in Article 7 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 480/2014 of 3 March 2014
