Non-accessible content

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Kohesio website, we are aware of some limitations, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations of the Kohesio website:

  • Maps: Navigating through our project collection using the map option might be difficult for some users as they rely on visual identification of the regions. Also, on some selections a large amount of dots can be displayed. For a better experience in those cases the recommended option is to use the filtering of lists instead of the map navigation.
  • Videos: Embedded videos on this website do not have audio description.
  • Texts: the readability of some titles and descriptions is limited, either due to a low redactional level, the use of acronyms or the machine translation process.
  • Images: some images lack alternative text description
  • Heading Hierarchy: Some pages do not present content in an hierarchical heading organization
  • ARIA: Some ARIA hidden elements contain focusable elements.
