Ökad tillgång till hälso- och sjukvård av god kvalitet, med tanke på att människor som bor på landsbygden och utsatta grupper har begränsad tillgång till hälso- och sjukvårdstjänster, vilket i sin tur har en negativ inverkan på befolkningens hälsa. 2. Alla projektaktiviteter kommer som ett svar på de identifierade behoven hos målgruppen och bidrar till att lösa de identifierade problemen.
