Syftet med projektet är att främja en förbättring av energieffektiviteten i byggandet av Lettlands universitet, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1) De planerade termiska energibesparingarna efter projektets genomförande är inte mindre än 294,63 MWh/år (40,27 %/år). 2) Den planerade värmeförbrukningen för uppvärmning efter projektets genomförande kommer inte att överstiga 51,18 kWh/m² och år.3) planerad minskning av koldioxidutsläppen 87 024 kg/år.
