Syftet med projektet är att främja förbättrad energieffektivitet vid Lettlands universitet, Bullu Street 5, Riga.1) Den planerade värmeenergibesparingen efter projektets genomförande är inte mindre än 286,236 MWh/år (41,04 %/år). 2) Den planerade värmeförbrukningen för uppvärmning efter genomförandet av projektet kommer inte att överstiga 27,0 kWh/m² per år (det verkliga energibehovet för inomhustemperaturer inkluderar också betydande värmeflöde från varmvattensystemet).3) Den planerade minskningen av koldioxidutsläppen med minst 84 806 kg/år.Projektets totala stödberättigande kostnader 10 033 694,18 EUR inkl. stöd från Europeiska regionala utvecklingsfonden 85 % eller 8 786 640,05 EUR och statlig budgetfinansiering 15 % eller 155 054,13 EUR.I enlighet med energibesiktning och teknisk inspektion av byggnaden planeras följande energieffektivitetsförbättring measures:1.Basic strukturer:- Isolering av fasader med husets tillvägagångssätt; —Ersättning av mellanliggande fyllningar med ett nytt mineralullsfyllmedel;- Isolering av röda tegeldroppar;- Isolering av fönster från utsidan genom omkretsen, inkl. under lasterna (där det är fysiskt möjligt), vilket eliminerar termiska broar.-Klusterformning;-Vooling av de gamla cellfönstren med PVC-fönster med ett glaspaket med selektivt glas och utbyte av gamla dörrar mot brandfönster för isolering av metalldörrar.-Club-Machate-coaching.Club-Club-uppvärmning med glaspaket med selektiv glasruta och utbyte av gamla dörrar mot brandfönster för isolerade metalldörrar.-Power-klubb-skiftvärmesystem med PVC-fönster med ett glaspaket med selektiv glasruta och utbyte av gamla dörrar mot branddörrar för isolerade metalldörrar.
