The general objective of the project is to support disadvantaged groups in overcoming the effects of the COVID crisis, as manifested by the increase in energy prices, which will be achieved by reimbursing the expenses incurred by the Romanian State for providing support to vulnerable categories of persons to compensate the price of energy according to GEO no. 166/2022, as subsequently amended and supplemented, for eligible consumption places/households. Through the general objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the programme result indicator.
